Man Arrested In Connection To Missing Woman Found Deceased
26-year-old Tyrique Williams was arrested in regards to Lock's death.
An arrest has been made in connection to a missing woman whose body was found deceased in Robeson County.
24-year-old Annie Lock of Fayetteville was reported missing in August. Her body was found in a pond on April 13. She was located near NC 71 West and Buie Philadelphus Road in between Pembroke and Red Springs.
Investigators don’t have a timeframe for how long her body had been in the water, but remains were found in the advanced stages of decomposition.
On Wednesday, 26-year-old Tyrique Williams was arrested in regards to Lock’s death. He was charged with first-degree murder and concealment of death.
Williams and Lock share a daughter who was born in 2023. Lock was reportedly five weeks pregnant with another child when she vanished.
He is being held in the Pulaski County Detention Center in Missouri. He is set to be transported back to Fayetteville.
An investigation is still underway to reveal more.
