Body Found In The ICW Identified As A Homeless Man

We now know the identity of the deceased man that was found in the Horry Co. Intracoastal Waterway.
A body was recovered from the area situated between Harbor Lights Resort and The Boathouse Waterway Bar and Grille.

He was identified as 67-year-old Mark Mencini. He lived homeless near the area where he was found.
An autopsy is set to be conducted to determine his cause of death.
