Three Gamecock Players Selected In 2025 WNBA Draft

This years No. 1 pick overall in the WNBA Draft was UConn's guard, Paige Bueckers. She was selected by the Dallas Wings.

Three players from the women’s basketball team at the University of South Carolina were selected in the WNBA Draft.

The Atlanta Dream chose Te-Hina Paopao as the sixth pick in the second round. Two picks later, the Indiana Fever selected Bree Hall with the eighth pick in the round and the ninth pick sent Sania Feagin to the Los Angeles Sparks.

Paopao is a two-time All-American and five-time all-conference selection across two conferences. She averaged 10.2 points over her two seasons with the Gamecocks.

Hall is a defender who hit big shots and helped the team collect two National Championships, four SEC Regular-Season Championships and three SEC Tournament crowns in her four-year career.

Feagin also helped the team collect titles and her 8.1 points and 4.5 rebounds per game were career highs.
