Trump also played down the potential economic fallout from a trade war he ignited this week by placing tariffs on China, Canada and Mexico. He said the goal is to “make America rich again, making America great again.”

Trump also revealed he received an apology letter from Ukrainian President Zelenskyy saying he is now ready to work under Trump’s leadership to end it’s war with Russia.

Trump also addressed Elon Musk’s DOGE department and the goal to cut billions of dollars in foreign aid and slash programs across the U.S. government.

Trump touched on inflation saying his focus is to reduce the cost of energy, by opening up the country to new oil and gas drilling.
