A new study reveals that Gen Z prefers to sleep with an average of seven pillows per night. Sleep experts warn that this can disrupt sleep by putting the body in awkward positions and straining the neck. Too many pillows can also trap heat, leading to night sweats and stuffiness. They recommend using two or three pillows—one for head support and another based on your sleeping position.
