Ukraine Is Open To Negotiate With Russia

Ukraine is ready to negotiate with Russia.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has made it clear that he is open to engaging in peace talks with Russia to end the three-year-long war.
Possible terms for securing a peace deal are unclear at this time, but Zelenskyy said he is looking for “guarantees” when it comes to future security assurances for the war-torn country.
These security assurances will likely need to be more than a formal handshake paired with a signed document, as Russia has twice violated its last agreement with Ukraine.
In addition, during that same speech, Zelenskyy also said he is ready to make a deal with U.S. President Trump to supply the U.S. with rare-Earth minerals in exchange for Washington’s continued backing of the current war for as long as it goes on.
