Woman Convicted In Nacho Hippo Murder Trial Files Appeal

LaFredia Todd was convicted last week of murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

The woman convicted in the Nacho Hippo murder trial is appealing her sentence.

On July 28 of 2022, 26-year-old Quentin Johnson was shot and killed at the North Myrtle Beach restaurant by a coworker.

LaFredia Todd was convicted last week of murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

She was sentenced to 36 years on the murder charge and five years for the weapons charge. The sentences will run concurrently.

However, Todd filed an appeal Tuesday, but no further information was immediately available.
