Lake City authorities are asking for help locating a wanted man.

27-year-old Ladayveus Steeler is wanted for attempted murder in connection to a shooting that occurred on Matthews Road Friday night.

Steeler is 5-foot-7 and weighs around 120 pounds. He is believed to be armed and dangerous.

If you see him, you should refrain from approaching and call 911.
