Two Children Die In Result Of Christmas Eve House Fire
The victims have been identified as a 2-year-old boy named Avery and his 3-year-old sister, Sy’Riah.
A Darlington County house fire resulted in the death of two toddlers.
Around 6:45pm on Tuesday, Darlington County fire crews responded to the home on Cedar Ridge Road in the Dovesville area.
Upon arrival, crews were made aware of two children still inside. They were both removed from the home and lifesaving efforts were performed before they were taken to the hospital where they both died.
The victims have been identified as a 2-year-old boy named Avery and his 3-year-old sister, Sy’Riah.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
