Costco Recalls Around 10,800 Retail Units Of It’s Branded Eggs

The eggs were sold at 25 Costco locations in several states including North and South Carolina and have a use-by date of January 5.

Costco is recalling around 10,800 retail units of it’s branded eggs.

The recall covers 24-count organic, pasture-raised eggs sold under Costco’s Kirkland Signature brand.

It was placed due to possible salmonella contamination.

The FDA classified the recall as Class I. That means use of or exposure to the product could cause serious health consequences or death.

The eggs were sold at 25 Costco locations in several states including North and South Carolina and have a use-by date of January 5.

Consumers should return them to costco for a full refund.
