UNC Conducting Free Well Water Testing For Robeson Co. Residents
To be eligible you must live in Robeson or nearby counties and be over the age of 18.
Residents of Robeson County who use private wells can get their water tested for free.
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is teaming up with the Lumbee Tribe and Winyah Rivers Alliance to conduct the free testing.
Those interested can visit one of the designated locations to complete a short survey and collect a free testing kit.
There will be 200 well-testing kits available.
You can pick yours up on Friday from 10am-6pm.
To be eligible you must live in Robeson or nearby counties and be over the age of 18.
You must return your sample on Saturday between 7am-4pm.
