General Managers were evaluated through a series of rigorous initiatives, including the Biscuit Maker Challenge, Spring Spruce Up, Digital Readiness, Ops Knowledge assessments, and multiple mystery shopping visits. General Manager Jimmy Ruane’s dedication to delivering exceptional service and quality products every day has earned him this well-deserved honor.
