In September, a water pipe burst in their current dining facility, causing the ceiling to fall in.

A structural engineer and architect conducted a in-depth inspection out of an abundance of caution.

The dining hall is an older structure which played a part in the significant damage it sustained.

Due to the incident, 31 students had to be relocated to available housing on campus.

It is unclear when construction of the temporary dining hall will be complete.
