A new Amazon facility is set to open in North Myrtle Beach.

The same-day facility will help Amazon fulfill, sort and deliver orders directly from one site which assists the company with delivering packages faster.

The warehouse is 165,000-square-feet and is located within the Palmetto Coast Industrial Park.

The Amazon warehouse was initially set to open earlier but the interior of the building needed more time.

It is now expected to open on November 6.
