Tennis Star Rafael Nadal To Retire From The Game

The pro's 22 grand slam titles are the second-most in history of men's tennis right behind Novak Djokovic.

Tennis icon Rafael Nadal announced plans to retire.

Nadal is widely known as one of the greatest tennis players of all time, winning 22 grand slam titles throughout his career.

The 38-year-old last played at the Paris Olympics. His injuries he has sustained throughout his playing years have limited his time on the court over the past two seasons.

Nadal said it has become difficult to play without limitations and it’s time for him to put down the racket.

The pro’s 22 grand slam titles are the second-most in history of men’s tennis right behind Novak Djokovic.

Nadal’s final tournament will be with spain at the Davis Cup Finals in November.
