The Grand Strand To Host Another Major Golf Event

Coastal Carolina University and the Myrtle Beach Sports Alliance will co-host the event.

The Grand Strand is set host a major golf event on the collegiate level.

The TPC Myrtle Beach in Murrells Inlet will be one of six host sites for the 2027 NCAA Division I Men’s Golf Tournament.

The event will mark the third time the NCAA golf regional makes its way to the Myrtle Beach area. It will also be the first time since 2019.

The last event was held at TPC Myrtle Beach as well.

Coastal Carolina University and the Myrtle Beach Sports Alliance will co-host the event.

No specific dates have been announced, but the NCAA’s golf tournaments are usually held in May.
