Woman Arrested For Selling Alcohol In Unlicensed Dillon Co. Bar

One woman is facing several charges after an investigation led to her arrest.

41-year-old Kimberly Oxendine is accused of operating an illegal bar in Dillon County.

The business allegedly sold alcohol to undercover officers on Saturday.

Oxendine has now been charged with failure to secure a required beer or wine permit, unlawful storage or possession of alcoholic liquors in a place of business, and unlawful sale-manufacture of alcoholic liquors.

Sled indicated the bar did not have a state license to possess or sell liquor.
