Israel Conducts Deadliest Attack In Lebanon Since 2006 Hezbollah War
The attacks killed more than 270 Lebanese and over 700 people were wounded.
Israel has conducted one of the deadliest attacks to occur in Lebanon since the 2006 Israel-Hezbollah war.
The Israeli military warned residents in southern and eastern Lebanon to evacuate their homes ahead of a widening air campaign against Hezbollah.
Thousands fled toward Beirut but many were caught in the crossfire.
The israeli military announced that it hit some 300 targets Monday including Hezbollah weapons sites. However, some strikes hit in residential areas of towns.
The attacks killed more than 270 Lebanese and over 700 people were wounded.
Meanwhile, Hezbollah said that it fired dozens of rockets at an Israeli military post in Galilee.
The strikes come after two fatal attacks on communication devices in the area last week.
