Three Injured In Crash Involving Six Vehicles

First responders had to free at least one person who was trapped inside one of the vehicles.

A crash in Carolina Forest left several people injured Wednesday.

Horry County Fire Rescue crews were called to the area of Carolina Forest Boulevard and Quinn Road around 10am.

First responders had to free at least one person who was trapped inside one of the vehicles.

Three people were transported to a hospital and critical injuries were reported. 10 other individuals signed medical transport waivers.

The crash led to the closure of lanes along Carolina Forest Boulevard so crews could work to help those involved as well as clear the wreckage. All lanes reopened around 1pm.

The crash is now under investigation.
