Elon Musk’s ‘X’ Interview With Trump Delayed Due To “Technical Issues”
Musk said there appears to be a massive DDOS attack on 'X' and they were working to shut it down.
Technical issues left ‘X’ users waiting for nearly an hour to watch a discussion between Elon Musk and Donald Trump.
The interview, labeled as a “conversation” by Musk, was set to start at 1am Tuesday morning, but the link to join cut out at regular intervals. Those able to access the interview space online were greeted with music rather than a conversation between the two men.
Musk blamed an attack on ‘X’s’ system for preventing access to the conversation. He said there appears to be a massive DDOS attack on ‘X’ and they were working to shut it down.
A Distributed Denial-of-Service attack is an attempt to disrupt the traffic of a server or network by overwhelming it with a flood of internet traffic.
Musk also blamed the Democrats for the attack.
However, the conversation went on to start around 30 minutes later with smaller listener numbers.
