Abraham was reportedly wearing a backpack and encountered Taylor’s group before motioning them to follow him down to the beach.
Abraham was reportedly known to carry a firearm and video surveillance captured the moment he took off his backpack and allegedly fired multiple shots.
The suspect was a student at Horse Creek Academy in Aiken. However, the school said he was not in Myrtle Beach for any HCA-related activities or athletics. Therefor, it is unclear if Abraham was in the area to take part in the basketball tournament or not.
