New Mixed-Use Development Coming Soon To North Myrtle Beach
Along with 800 homes there will also be a 10,000-square-foot commercial and retail space.
A new mixed-use development is expected to soon break-ground in North Myrtle Beach this summer.
‘The Preserve’ will feature 370 luxury apartments, with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom units, 207 built-to-rent homes and 227 paired villa lots.
Along with 800 homes there will also be a 10,000-square-foot commercial and retail space.
It will be located just off of Water Tower Road between Highway 22 and Carolina Bays Parkway.
Developers said construction is likely to begin in nearly 60 days, and rental prices have not yet been set. However, it could cost around $2,000 a month.
The $250-million project has been in the works since 2021.
