Hunter Biden’s Ex-Wife Testified In His Gun Trial
Kathleen Buhle testified she found drug related objects and reportedly confronted Biden, to which he admitted to it.
Day three of Hunter Biden’s trial over gun-related charges was held Wednesday.
Biden’s ex-wife took the stand to testify about when she first learned that her husband was using drugs. Kathleen Buhle said she found drug related objects and reportedly confronted Biden, to which he admitted to it. However, that was in 2015, the trial is related to whether he lied on a gun purchase form in 2018 when he said he wasn’t using drugs.
The jury also heard from the gun seller, Gordon Cleveland. He went over the day and how he helped Biden pick out ammunition for the gun. He also confirmed he watched Biden fill out the form and check no on the drug use question.
Biden has been charged with three felonies stemming from the purchase. He’s accused of lying to a federally licensed gun dealer, making a false claim on the application and illegally having the gun for 11 days.
The gun seller is back on the stand Thursday.
