Man Arrested For Allegedly Conducting Several Crimes

Jermarion Brand has been charged with breach of trust, assault and battery second degree and burglary first degree.

A Marlboro County man has been arrested in connection to several incidents that took place over the past few weeks.

Jermarion Brand has been charged with breach of trust, assault and battery second degree and burglary first degree.

The charges stem from multiple cases.

The first incident occurred on April 20. Brand allegedly illegally took and altered the appearance of an ATV in an attempt to retain the property.

On May 9, the suspect allegedly broke into a dwelling and assaulted a juvenile victim with a brick.

Then on Tuesday, Brand was implicated in another ongoing investigation.

Deputies have since arrested Brand and detained him at the Marlboro County Detention Center. He was denied bond Wednesday and will remain behind bars while awaiting a bond hearing in General Sessions.
