No Bond For Louisiana Teen Accused Of Making Threats Against Carolina Forest High
19-year-old Trenton Brown admitted to making several calls to both Carolina Forest High School and MBPD.
The bond hearing was held Tuesday for the Louisiana teen linked to making threats against Carolina Forest High School.
19-year-old Trenton Brown was extradited from Baton Rouge to Horry County on Sunday. He admitted to making several calls to both Carolina Forest High School and the Myrtle Beach Police Department between April 23-24.
Brown reportedly threatened to cause damage, injury or death to students. He also claimed bombs were inside the high school. The threats prompted evacuations and played a role in several other incidents in the community.
No bond was set during the hearing and he will continue to be detained at this time.
Brown is charged with making or conveying false information about a bomb threat and could face up to 15-years in prison if convicted.
