The items were sold at stores across 28 states including South and North Carolina.
Aldi stores and several other supermarkets, have issued a recall on cream cheese products.
The recall is associated with Schreiber Foods Inc. and was placed due to a potential salmonella risk.
It covers ‘Happy Farms’ Whipped and Original Cream Cheese, along with Chive & Onion and Strawberry flavors.
The items were sold at stores across 28 states including South and North Carolina.
Consumers are advised to immediately throw out or return the products for a full refund.
