Mark Thomas Munn

8/2/1960 – 9/29/2010 Mark Thomas Munn departed this life on September 29, 2010. Mark was born on August 2, 1960, a son of Teresa Munn and the late Bill Munn. Mark was an avid hunter, fisherman, surfer, skier, and farmer of God‘s green earth. He was a loving husband, devoted father, brother, son, and a special friend to all who knew him. Mark was quick with a smile and had a laugh that was unforgettable. He attended Coastal Carolina College and returned to Darlington to marry the love of his life Tammy Galloway and join his father to farm the family land. Surviving are his loving wife, Tammy, his son Hunter and daughter Rayne, brothers Clark and Billy Munn (wife Wendy) and many nieces and nephews. Mark was especially close to his in-laws Gene Galloway, the late Mamie Galloway and their family. The family will receive friends from 6-8PM on Friday, October 1, 2010 at Belk Funeral Home, Darlington, SC. A service to celebrate Mark‘s life will be held at 11:00AM Saturday, October 2, 2010 at Palmetto Street Church of God, Florence SC. Pastors Vernon LeBuhn and Frankie Tanner will officiate. Interment will follow at Pine Grove United Methodist Church, Timmonsville, SC. Memorials may be made to Palmetto Street Church of God, 3132 W. Palmetto St., Florence, SC 29501.
