Tesla Recalls 2 Million Vehicles

Tesla has issued a recall on 2 million vehicles.
The recall calls on all of its cars on U.S. roads to limit the use of its Autopilot feature after a review of nearly 1,000 crashes in which the feature was engaged.
Tesla has advertised its Driver-Assist features as the top marketing catch but after reviewing reports over the past two years, it is now retracting.
At least eight serious accidents, including some fatalities, occurred when the Autopilot feature should not have been engaged in the first place.
Tesla has now agreed to an over-the-air software update that will limit the use of the Auto-Driver feature if a driver repeatedly fails to demonstrate they are ready to resume control of the car while the feature is on.
