Thursday Tips! We are loving this paper towel hamburger hack on Instagram.

It’s that time of the week where we share tricks of the trade, otherwise known as Thursday Tips!  We are loving this one discovered watching this Instagram reel from julia.pacheco.cooking.   Remove excess grease when cooking ground beef with a paper towel.  Just swirl a was of towels around with some tongs or spatula and toss.

This is a pretty smart one too from YouTube’s Tony Epic Shots.  You know that white seal that must be removed on new bottles of ketchup?  If you’ve been using your teeth or digging your nails into the tab to break the seal, the solution is on the other side of the cap. Just flip it, press and it punctures the seal.

Let us “ketch you up” on this on-the-go hack shared by Chop Happy on YouTube.   Those ketchup packs can be the messiest challenges.  It’s nearly impossible to get it out without some ending up on your fingers or the ceiling.   Here’s a fix.  Open it all the way down the side of the pack. and use it a little dipping tray.
