Chrysler Recalled 331 Thousand Jeep Grand Cherokees
The NHTSA said dealers will inspect and if necessary, repair the rear coil spring assemblies, free of charge.
Chrysler has placed a recall on over 331 thousand of its Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles.
The recall covers certain 2022-2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee and 2021-2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L SUVs.
It was discovered that the rear coil springs might detach from the vehicle while driving increases the risk of a crash.
The NHTSA said dealers will inspect and if necessary, repair the rear coil spring assemblies, free of charge.
114,302 of the Grand Cherokees were recalled as well as 217,099 of the Cherokee L SUVs.
The Jeep Grand Cherokee SUV’s were just recalled last month as well for issues with the vehicle’s airbags.
