HGTC’s ‘Zero Tuition’ Program For Summer Semester

Horry Georgetown Technical College is offering a special program this summer.

The ‘Zero Tuition’ program will offer free courses for students in all programs as long as they meet the eligibility requirements.

The program will not cover Associate in Arts, Associate in Science, or University Studies Certificate. However, students in the Associate in Science program with a Health Science concentration are eligible.

‘Zero Tuition’ is only available for the summer semester and students must meet eligibility requirements that include….

  • Must be a South Carolina resident
  • Must be enrolled in at least six credit hours of high academics
  • Must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher
  • Must complete the FAFSA as well as all required Financial Aid documents.

Registration for full term summer courses will be available until 5p.m. Monday.
