You could be missing out on the healthiest part of your Greek yogurt.  When you open a container of yogurt, a thin layer of clear liquid is sitting on top.   Some admit to discarding it.  Don’t!  That liquid is known as whey and contains protein, potassium, and calcium.   Sir it, or give it a shake just like you shake your morning juice.
