Two Injured During Shooting at After Prom Party in Bennettsville

Two people were injured and taken to the hospital early yesterday morning during a shooting at an ‘after prom party’ in Bennettsville. Police have not identified the victims but say their injuries are not considered to be life threatening. According to Police Chief Kevin Miller, ‘an unknown individual opened fire’ in a parking lot adjacent to where the party was taking place. Currently, no arrests have been made and detectives are still investigating. No additional information is available.
