- 2 TBSP butter
- Sweet Bell Pepper
- 1/2 white onion
- White Rice (cooked)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Sauté chopped pepper and onions with butter. Then add your cooked rice. Stir and let the flavors gather. Salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
