Pawless Puppy Gets Recued

A fourteen week old puppy was found in North Carolina with portions of its hind legs missing. Unfortunately, the deformities look like they were done intentionally by its previous owner. But luckily, the puppy was found as it would not have survived on its own. Local veterinarians are teaming up with a charity in order to make prosthetic legs for the pup.
