Scientist Finds Recipe for Yeast-free Dough

The concoction only requires tap water, iodized sea salt and flour.

Italian researchers have made a new discovery surrounding pizza dough.  The experts say they no longer need the key ingredient of yeast to make a delicious crust.  They have discovered a way to make dough without it.   A scientist with an allergy to yeast has been working on the project  says after much trial and error, the concoction only requires tap water, iodized sea salt and flour.  To test it, they placed yeast-free pizza dough no bigger than a penny and introduced the process of dissolving gas into the dough at high pressure levels.  As it released, bubbles formed in the dough, helping it rise.
