Man Faces Charges After Shooting His Son

The victim was taken to a hospital to be treated for life-threatening injuries. The investigation remains active.

An arrest has been made in connection to a Robeson County shooting.

The incident took place around 8:20am Wednesday in the 2600 block of 7th Street in the Lumberton area.

40-year-old Tommy Shaw has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, inflicting serious injury after shooting his 21-year-old son.
