ESPN’s ‘SportsCenter On Campus’ Heading To CCU For Liberty Game

The game will mark the first Chanticleers' matchup against the Flames since former head coach Jamey Chadwell left CCU for Liberty.

ESPN’s ‘SportsCenter on Campus’ is returning to Coastal Carolina University for a matchup between the Chants and Liberty.

The flagship program visits college campuses throughout it’s football season. It last visited Conway in 2024, when CCU faced off against Sun Belt rival Appalachian State.

The program, hosted by Matt Barrie, will start with former NFL quarterback Chase Daniel for the 5pm edition of SportsCenter. They will be live from Teal Town which is located southeast of Brooks Stadium near CCU’s indoor practice facility.

The game will kick-off at 7:30pm and the theme is ‘Teal Out.’ It will mark the first Chanticleers’ matchup against the Flames since former head coach Jamey Chadwell left CCU for Liberty at the end of the 2022 season.
