Horry Co. Man Charged In Connection To Sexual Exploitation Of Minors

A Little River man is facing charges connected to the sexual exploitation of minors.

An investigation began with a CyberTipline report from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

Investigators found that 43-year-old James Novick distributed files containing child sexual abuse material. He was arrested Wednesday and charged with four counts of second-degree exploitation of a minor.

Each charge is a felony, punishable by up to 10 years in prison. The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office.
