Ripley’s Aquarium of Myrtle Beach announced some exciting news.

The aquarium has welcomed a total of seven African penguin chicks to their colony. The new chicks are being closely monitored by the animal care team as they grow.

well as other zoos and aquariums across the globe to ensure the survival of African
penguins.

The growing penguin family marks another exciting chapter for Penguin Playhouse, which opened at the Myrtle Beach location in 2020.
