Man Accused Of Stealing Equipment From Duke Energy Property
Between Aug. 10 and Tuesday, 30-year-old Charles McGree Jr. is accused of entering Duke Energy property and stealing material.
One man has been accused of stealing $80,000 worth of equipment from Duke Energy.
Between Aug. 10 and Tuesday, 30-year-old Charles McGree Jr. is accused of entering Duke Energy property and stealing material. That included a boat, reels of copper wire, batteries, and other items.
The stolen property was found on N. Tobin Drive in the Florence area following a search warrant. McGee has been charged with grand larceny, transportation of stolen nonferrous metals, third-degree burglary and possession with intent to distribute meth.
