Myrtle Beach Police Need Help Identifying Deceased Person

The person did not have any identification, a phone, or any belongings or tattoos that could help authorities identify them.

Myrtle Beach police are asking for the public’s help with identifying a deceased person.

On Aug. 8, a body was found in the 1000 block of Highway 501. The person did not have any identification, a phone, or any belongings or tattoos that could help authorities identify them.

Investigators have searched local, state and federal databases but have not discovered who the person could be. Police released a forensic postmortem illustration intended to show a possible representation of the person’s appearance. Anyone with information is asked to contact Myrtle Beach authorities.
