Classic autumn activities are also trending, including leaf peeping, apple picking, road trips and foliage-focused escapes. Gen Z is helping drive “Lore-tripping,” which is travelers that seek quirky small towns, local legends and lesser-known destinations. Sports tourism remains strong as well, with fans traveling to cities like London, Tuscaloosa and Green Bay for major events and games.
