Pro Football Hall Of Fame Game Between Cardinals & Panthers

The five players to be added to the Hall of Fame are Larry Fitzgerald, Luke Kuechly, Drew Brees, Adam Vinatieri, and Roger Craig. Each will be honored on August 8.

The NFL pre-season opener is set to kick off Thursday.

As usual, the annual Pro Football Hall of Fame Game will kick off this season. The Arizona Cardinals will face off against the Carolina Panthers, two franchises with connections to the Hall of Fame Class of 2026.

The game is set to be held Thursday at 8pm at the Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Ohio. That’s just two days before five former players are enshrined into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Of the five inductees, Larry Fitzgerald and Luke Kuechly played their entire careers with one team, so it’s fitting that Fitzgerald’s Cardinals take on Kuechly’s Panthers in the game.

The other three players include Drew Brees, Adam Vinatieri, and Roger Craig. Each will be honored on August 8.

The NFL regular season begins on September 9 with a matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots in a Super Bowl LX rematch.
