The recall covers Gas-X capsules that were sold across the country. It was placed after discovering that the medication may have been contaminated with a coolant when a machine leaked during packaging.
The recall impacts four lots of the 125 mg Gas-X Extra Strength Softgels in pill bottles with 120 ct. and 72 ct.
They were distributed around April 13 and have an expiration date of November 30, 2028. Customers should stop use and contact Haleon for return and reimbursement .
