Over 3M Pounds Of Frozen Chicken Fried Rice Recalled

The recall was placed after four complaints reported glass being found in the product.

More than 3.3 million pounds of frozen chicken fried rice are being recalled.

Ajinomoto Foods North America is recalling the frozen not-ready-to-eat chicken fried rice products due to the possibility that it may be contaminated with glass.

The 20-oz plastic bag packages were sold at Trader Joe’s locations nationwide. It includes the frozen chicken fried rice with stir fried rice, vegetables, seasoned dark chicken meat and eggs.

The products were sold between Sep. 8 and Nov. 17 of 2025. The recall was placed after four complaints reported glass being found in the product.
