Teen Arrested In SCSU Fatal Shooting
The deceased victims were identified as 19-year-old Henry Crittington and 18-year-old Terrell Thomas.
The suspect in the fatal shooting that unfolded on South Carolina State University’s campus has been charged.
The incident happened shortly after 9pm on February 12 inside an apartment at the Hugine Suites student complex.
Three men were shot, one remains in the hospital and two of them did not survive. The deceased victims were identified as 19-year-old Henry Crittington and 18-year-old Terrell Thomas.
18-year-old Khamanti Kennedy has been arrested in connection to the shooting. He allegedly arrived on campus with three people in his vehicle and entered the apartment with intentions to buy marijuana, which led to the shooting.
Kennedy was charged with murder and booked into the Orangeburg County Detention Center. The investigation remains active.
