Man Arrested In Connection To Death Of Missing Man

An investigation led to the arrest of 30-year-old Frank Locklear.

One man has been charged in connection to the death of a man that was reported missing.

Earlier this month, 30-year-old Michael Graham was found deceased in his vehicle near a cemetery on Fodiesville Road in Shannon. He was last seen the day before driving a 2016 charcoal gray Ford Fusion in the area of Old Lowery Road in Red Springs.

An investigation led to the arrest of 30-year-old Frank Locklear. He was booked into the Robeson County Detention Center and he is being held without bond.
