$60 Million Conway Mall Redevelopment Plan Making Progress

Developers expect phase one to be completed by this summer.

The redevelopment plan for a mall in Conway is making progress.

The Coastal Center Mall site on Highway 501 has been mostly vacant for years with Rise Partners acquiring it in 2024.

The $60 million plan for the mall already has several big names committed including HomeGoods, Marshall’s, Ulta, PetSmart and Walmart.

Rise Partners plans to transform the site into a vibrant shopping and dining hub. Developers expect phase one to be completed by this summer with a goal of completely opening by next year.
