John-Paul Miller Pleads Not Guilty To Federal Charges
John-Paul Miller is due back in court in March. An investigation remains underway.
John-Paul Miller pleaded not guilty to federal charges Monday.
The Myrtle Beach pastor was facing charges of cyberstalking and lying to law enforcement during in investigation following the death of his wife, Mica Miller.
John-Paul is accused of cyberstalking her for nearly three years, starting in November, 2022 and continuing until the day she committed suicide. She was found at Lumber River State Park in Robeson County in April, 2024.
Miller was handed a $100,000 unsecured bond. He must wear an ankle monitor and is not allowed to travel outside the state without notice. He must also surrender his passport.
Miller is due back in court in March. An investigation remains underway.
